How much will care cost?
Contact us for information on our fees, with no hidden extras we are very competitive.
Can I get help with the cost of my care?

You may be eligible for assistance towards the cost of your home care, contact your local authority for more information .

What is included in the cost of care?

Waking night care fees include all travel and 9 hours overnight support 

 All services are tailored to you and are flexible, so if your preferences or needs change then so does the service.

 

Will I see the same carer on each visit?

Although we would love to guarantee this, it is not always possible, we have a good reputation for continuity and do our best but staff do not work the same days each week and must have holiday and attend training which affects this. Our client guide will explain this in more detail.

What training do the care staff have?

Night care staff follow a full induction prior to providing care services and receive ongoing supervision, monitoring, training and development which include – Company and care values plus core training – Health and Safety, Infection Control, Safeguarding, Care Certificate 15 modules, Pressure Care, End of Life Care, Dementia Support and Reablement independent services, Catheter Care, Personal Care, Mental Capacity, Equality and Diversity, as well as Practical Safe Moving and Handling of People and Equipment use, Practical Emergency first Aid and Practical Catheter care. 

I am worried about letting someone I do not know into my home, what checks do you carry out?

Our recruitment process includes an application, face to face interview of suitability, 2 satisfactory references and an Enhanced DBS check (Disclosure and Barring Service) previously known as a CRB. Staff are monitored and receive regular supervision. Client feedback is always welcome on the quality of our staff and us as a company. Each night the staff member attending will contact you to carry out an introduction call.

Will the carer come to my home on time?

Yes, our nights are from 10pm to 7am, staff will call you earlier in the evening to let you know they will be there. If you have booked for a night to start earlier the staff member will arrive at the time arranged.
